Role Overview: As a member of the Aero organization at Eaton India Innovation Center, based in Magarpatta City, Pune, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop DO178B/C DAL Level B/C/D/E Products adhering to required standards and customer-specific requirements. You will collaborate with the Aerospace product team and others to contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of DO178B/C software applications. Working directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test teams, you will create high-quality products that address customer challenges. Your innovative technical solutions will have a significant business impact, adding value to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in work estimates, design, implementation, and code reviews to ensure the quality of engineering deliverables. Your role will also involve driving a culture of innovation, focusing on new patent ideas and high-impact solutions, while establishing and maintaining design standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Base SW Development in Aero Development projects - Collaborate with Aerospace product team and others for architecture, design, and implementation of DO178B/C software applications - Work directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test teams to create high-quality products - Propose and provide innovative technical solutions with significant business impact - Provide work estimates, conduct design, implementation, and code reviews - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance engineering deliverables - Drive a culture of innovation focusing on new patent ideas - Establish and sustain processes for design standards and procedures governing product design verification and validation methods and documents Qualifications: - Master's / Bachelors Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited institution - Minimum 3 years of experience in Real-time embedded software design and Development, preferably in the Automotive Domain or Aerospace Domain Role Overview: As a member of the Aero organization at Eaton India Innovation Center, based in Magarpatta City, Pune, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop DO178B/C DAL Level B/C/D/E Products adhering to required standards and customer-specific requirements.
