As a Key Account Manager at Milacron, your role is crucial in designing and implementing the Sales plan to expand the company's customer base in the market. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating Business and Achieving AOP Targets - Reducing Discounts & Enhancing Profitability - Keeping track of business environment, technology trends, and competitor products - Identifying emerging markets and market shifts - Developing new business opportunities in multiple territories assigned for Injection Molding Machines - Visiting Customers Regularly, Developing New Customer Base, and Conquesting the competitors' customers - Understanding the requirements of customers and ensuring the right machine sizing & selection - Ensuring timely submission of quotations and order Submission in Big Machines - Monitoring and ensuring process enhancement You will be a part of the Sales Function in the Chennai Region. Qualifications Required: - BE/ BTech in Electrical or Mechanical - 10+ Years of Experience in Capital Equipment Sales & Marketing - Preferred: Masters in Business Administration (MBA-Sales & Marketing) Milacron is a global leader in the plastic technology and processing industry, providing highly engineered and customized systems.
