Engagement Manager - Consulting India

As an Engagement Manager at ZoomRx, you will play a crucial role in delighting clients with successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Carrying in-depth understanding of client business, brands, competition, future focus, prior ZoomRx work, and open questions - Understanding ZoomRx service lines, solutions, products, and project delivery approaches as well as all internal teams - Understanding exact client requirements for each project - Guiding the team through regular project content review and providing detailed feedback - Allocating resources for key projects - Driving operational excellence by ensuring adherence to process standards, implementing best practices, and managing staffing decisions - Driving people excellence by actively participating in the recruitment process, building talent capability, and identifying high-potential team members - Handling at least 5-6 projects directly with close involvement in execution and client connect Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in life-sciences or quantitative discipline with 8+ years of experience in consulting, market research, or business analysis - Experience in delivering projects, especially in Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industries - Experience working with delivery teams in different offices - Ability to understand client context, guide project teams, and ensure project quality - Experience in building a strong talent pipeline and focusing on continuous learning and development Preferred Skills/Expertise: - Experience in additional healthcare market intelligence functions - Experience in qualitative market research - Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare industries - Experience working with US clients At ZoomRx, you will have the opportunity to have creative control, develop expertise in various life sciences topics, work with smart peers, and be part of a vertically integrated organization that offers tailored solutions to clients.,
