As an Engagement Lead at Shiprocket, you will be part of a team dedicated to simplifying e-Commerce and making it more accessible and trustworthy. As a CLM Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value and fostering long-term growth. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing a data-driven approach to enhance customer journeys, customize experiences, and cultivate strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a holistic customer lifecycle marketing strategy across various channels such as email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and social media. - Create, optimize, and automate customer journeys using marketing automation platforms. - Personalize customer experiences based on individual behavior, preferences, and purchase history. - Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine campaign performance and identify areas for enhancement. - Analyze customer data to identify key segments, predict churn risk, and discover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. - Monitor crucial metrics like customer lifetime value, churn rate, and customer acquisition cost, while reporting on campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay updated on the latest trends in customer lifecycle marketing and emerging technologies. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing, with at least 4 years in growth or marketing roles. - Proficiency in customer journey mapping and user experience principles. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to derive actionable insights from data. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - A growth mindset with a keen willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Bonus Points: - Experience with AI-powered personalization and recommendation engines. - Previous exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.,
