Job Description

As an Engagement Business Analyst at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and deployment of Market Access products with biopharmaceutical clients. Your responsibilities will include being the lead analyst on client ISI, Terms & Conditions projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the day-to-day activities of the Engagement team run smoothly. Your attention to detail, independent work ethic, and ability to manage multiple project priorities will be essential for success. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives and help foster a positive, inclusive team culture. Key responsibilities of the role include: - Building market access business acumen and software development knowledge - Managing multiple projects across clients - Handling client ISI and Term & Condition projects from start to finish - Coordinating with various teams to ensure delivery timing and product quality - Creating design requests and ensuring client requirements are met - Preparing and verifying Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) submissions - Developing requirements for data and application development and monitoring progress - Maintaining project plans and verifying final deliverables - Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements - Assisting with other client project work as directed Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree - 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting Preferred qualifications include: - Degree and/or experience in Health Care or Business - Project Management experience - Expertise in Medical, Regulatory, Legal (MRL) review systems and approval processes - Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs - Familiarity with relational database technology - Experience with software development processes Skills needed for success in this role: - Exceptional attention to detail - Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Effective time management abilities - Capability to work independently and collaboratively Please note that any data provided as part of your application will be handled in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy.
