Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional service to key external stakeholders of Acumen's strategic university partners, ensuring a connected and seamless experience for prospective students throughout their applicant journey. - Deliver a high-quality admissions service to applicants, agents, and academic decision makers in accordance with agreed standards. - Adhere to standard operating proceedings, protocols, and workflows to maintain consistency in service delivery. - Assist applicants by providing support and guidance on admissions policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support for applicants following university procedures and regulations. - Conduct initial checks on applications, including verifying minimum entry requirements and validating data. - Undertake fee assessments for applicants and escalate complex cases to a supervisor when necessary. - Assist with background checks on applicants to ensure eligibility to study at the university. - Process application outcomes within specified timeframes. - Prepare key immigration documentation for international students. - Update and maintain the partner university's student record system related to admissions. - Record information accurately and timely on Acumen's CRM and other systems. - Stay informed about external regulations, university academic requirements, and policy changes to ensure compliance. - Engage with university stakeholders for feedback, training, and support. - Represent the university in fairs and events on a Pan India basis. - 25% travel required for client support. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. - Ability to manage a varied workload independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Additional Details: Experience in EdTech or education-related industries is desirable, as well as experience working or studying abroad.,
