Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for operation & maintenance of solar power plant.
Conduct daily monitoring, inspection & reporting of plant performance.
Troubleshooting of inverters, transformers, switchyard equipment, SCADA, and cables.
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely maintenance activities.
Maintain logbooks, MIS reports, and breakdown analysis reports.
Support in plant performance improvement & energy yield optimization.
Handle site manpower, shift operations, and spare parts management.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical equipment & switchgear.
Hands-on experience in HT/LT equipment, inverters, protection systems.
Familiar with SCADA / monitoring systems.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work in field / remote locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
