Job Description

Designation : Energy Specialist (Area Sales Manager level)

Span of Control : Individual Contributor Role

Place of Posting : Vizag

Education : Graduate / Diploma in Science, Biomedical, or any stream (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Energy Specialist role at a global healthcare technology organization focused on the design and manufacturing of advanced medical devices. With a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and continuous innovation, it supports healthcare providers worldwide by improving clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Experience

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage hospitals, nursing homes, and surgical centers to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Conduct product presentations, live demos, and clinical evaluations for surgeons, OT staff and purchase teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
Participate in CMEs, workshops, and hospital events to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable business insights.
Coordinate with clinical and service teams for smooth installations, training, and after-sales support.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices in all interactions.

Others:

Excellent communication, SM networking, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Should be good at data analytics of customers and distributors
Should be result & solution-oriented sales professional.
Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients and explore new markets.
