Description
As an Energy Solutions Specialist at Redaptive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of metered energy data (electric, gas, and water) through detailed quality checks and validation processes. Your strong technical and analytical skills will be essential in analyzing measurement and verification (M&V) data to assess energy savings performance for various EAAS projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting metering issues, interpreting electrical diagrams, and optimizing data accuracy for reporting and decision-making purposes. Your role will also involve working closely with customers to address their issues and ensure their needs are met with Redaptive's solutions. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and customer-first problem-solving approach will be key in delivering top-notch support experiences for Redaptive customers. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be necessary to identify opportunities and implement changes to enhance customer care processes. **Responsibilities And Duties** - Conduct quality checks on metered data and ensure accuracy post energy meters commissioning - Collaborate with meter installation team to troubleshoot issues and validate energy data quality - Provide technical support for labelling optimization and asset grouping based on electrical diagrams - Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly, demonstrating empathy and urgency - Lead Measurement & Verification for various projects and analyze energy savings performance - Complete monthly submissions of metered data to Energy Star and ensure data accuracy - Develop advanced processes to improve meter uptime and streamline Energy Star submissions - Utilize your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering to interpret design documents and troubleshoot metering issues - Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office and mathematics, and familiarity with power meters, gas meters, and water meters - Collaborate with various teams to implement automation opportunities for process improvement **Required Abilities And Skills** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting building and Electrical SLD & MEP design documents - Technical knowledge of commercial electrical infrastructure and building electrical systems - Experience in electrical installation, HVAC projects, Solar Projects, M&V, and Energy Auditing - Proficiency in MS Office, mathematics, and working experience with power meters, gas meters, and water meters - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting **Behavioral Attribute** - Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to take initiative - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large quantities of information - Comfortable with flexible working hours and able to excel in a dynamic environment Redaptive offers a range of benefits, including equity plan participation, medical and personal accident insurance, support for hybrid working, flexible time off, continuous learning opportunities, and an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
