Key Responsibilities: Call UK-based businesses to gather electric meter details and energy consumption patterns Confirm registered billing addresses and account-specific information Build strong client rapport and confidently encourage the sharing of billing info Ensure every call is professional, effective, and contributes to a great client experience Generate qualified leads to support our energy advisory services Research and identify potential clients in the energy sector. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and establish initial contact. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate information on leads and interactions. Requirements: 1-5 yrs of experience in B2B lead generation (International Voice Process). Knowledge of the energy industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven track record of successful lead generation and qualification.
