In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer leads through phone and email communication, handling the complete sales cycle, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Your primary focus will be on engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and effectively communicating the value of Enphase products and services. This position requires experience in direct sales in a call center environment and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late-night shifts. As an Inside Sales Representative at Enphase Energy, your responsibilities will include: Engaging with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and level of interest in Enphase products. Qualifying leads based on established criteria and making outbound calls to potential customers. Educating customers on Enphase products and the solar buying process, offering solutions to meet their needs. Scheduling appointments and connecting customers with installers for purchase and installation. Delivering compelling value propositions, handling objections, and effectively communicating the benefits of Enphase offerings. Tracking and managing leads in the CRM system, maintaining accurate customer information and conducting timely follow-ups. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to tailor sales pitches effectively. Collaborating with team members to align on goals, share insights, and coordinate efforts for lead conversion. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting, along with a strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools. You should possess excellent business telephone and customer service skills, clear and persuasive communication abilities in English, and be comfortable making volume calls to potential clients. A background in electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, or previous exposure to solar/PV environments would be beneficial.
