As an Inside Sales Representative at Enphase Energy, your primary responsibility will involve managing customer leads sourced from various channels by engaging with them via phone and email. This role encompasses the entire sales cycle, including lead nurturing, closing sales, and post-sales follow-up. Direct sales experience in a call center environment is crucial for excelling in this position. The role is based in Bangalore, India. **Key Responsibilities:** **Qualification:** Engage with potential customers to grasp their needs, concerns, and interest in Enphase products. Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria. Initiate outbound calls to homeowners to educate them on Enphase offerings and the solar procurement process. Propose suitable solutions based on customer requirements. **Appointment Setting:** Arrange appointments with qualified leads. Facilitate connections between customers and installers post-consultation to finalize purchases and installations. **Communication:** Present compelling value propositions to prospects, address objections effectively, and articulate the benefits of Enphase products persuasively. **Pipeline Management:** Monitor and manage leads within the CRM system to maintain accurate and updated lead information. Maintain a customer database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) and monitor customer interactions through service tickets. **Follow-up:** Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales journey. **Market Research:** Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to tailor sales strategies accordingly. **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with team members to align on objectives, share valuable insights, and synchronize efforts for efficient lead conversion. **Requirements:** - Graduation in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC or MSC in Computer Applications with a minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation. - At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting. Freshers will not be considered. - Availability to work in a midnight shift (post 11:30 pm IST) and weekends. - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for enhanced productivity. - Strong business telephone and customer service skills, along with clear and persuasive verbal and written communication in English. - Comfortable with making bulk calls to potential clients. - Basic understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, and background in electrical or electronics would be advantageous. - Exposure to solar/PV-related environments is a plus.
