End User Managed Services

MS Windows OS, Laptop, Desktop, Print troubleshooting skills

Troubleshooting skills in LAN, will have conceptual knowledge of WAN network With Good Communication skills and interest to learn new technologies.

High customer satisfaction goals

Ticket Management with ITIL process.

Working with Corporate IT team for implementation of new projects.

L1 network support (limited to end points).

End points client-side security, end point cloud backup, and Email management.

Video conference room support.

To execute tasks related to On-boarding resources and Off-boarding.

Will own the site responsibility in resolving all Incidents and Service Requests.
