As an End User Support Specialist at EY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining platform solutions to support business needs with a focus on high performance, scalability, and reliability. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to platform stability, performance, and integration across multiple environments. - Developing and optimizing system software to enable seamless hardware-software interaction. - Evaluating and implementing new technologies and vendor solutions in alignment with business and technical requirements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability, security, and scalability while contributing to automation, documentation, and continuous improvements. - Mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, training, and support for troubleshooting complex platform-related issues. To excel in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, systems support, or infrastructure management. - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a Masters in Computer Applications. - Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in Windows desktop and macOS. - Knowledge of system architecture, hardware-software integration, and performance optimization. - Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Constantly update yourself about new technologies in the market. - Have a winning personality and the ability to become a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
