End User Service Engineer

Role Overview: WPP is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Enterprise Technology team as an On-site Support Specialist. As a trusted pair of hands, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient everyday technology operations for WPP ET. Reporting to the Enterprise Technology Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of WPP's agencies and functions. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients - Provide on-site support to WPP agencies in Gurgaon and additional locations as required - Offer remote support to WPP agencies across APAC - Ensure IT deskside operations and standard technology services are delivered and supported - Develop strong relationships with the business user base - Educate users on Enterprise Technology services and maximize benefits - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees - Handle incident and problem management, including ticket management and resolution - Implement and maintain IT security procedures - Assist in user and office relocations - Document and maintain Service Desk knowledge base - Deploy hardware and software to end users - Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, and life cycle - Collaborate with IT functions within the Enterprise Technology operating model - Support global standards and ensure local implementation - Coordinate with third-party suppliers for operational services - Perform basic device troubleshooting and infra testing - Facilitate local infrastructure refresh and software licensing demand review - Provide out-of-hours support as needed Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in an IT help desk/desk side support role - Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac, including AV technology - Excellent problem-solving skills - Empathetic and effective communicator - Ability to build trust-based relationships - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Effective time management and priority setting - Professional demeanor under pressure Additional Company Details: WPP is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and respect.
