Reporting to the Enterprise Technology Operations Lead, you will provide on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients, ensuring IT deskside operations and standard technology services are delivered and supported as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver outstanding, on-site support services to WPP employees and agencies - Provide on-site support to WPP agencies located in Gurgaon and other locations as required - Develop relationships with the business user base and champion a customer-centred culture - Log all IT engagements into a ticketing system for reporting purposes - Onboarding and offboarding of employees, incident and problem management, security procedures adherence - Deployment of hardware and software, IT asset procurement, inventory, and life cycle management - Support local infrastructure refresh, licencing demand reviews, and out-of-hours support if necessary - Maintain Service Desk knowledge base and standard procedures - Collaborate with IT functions within the Enterprise Technology operating model to fulfill business needs **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years in an IT help desk/desk side support role - Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac, along with knowledge of AV technology - Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities - Can-do attitude, time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor under stress, maintaining a positive user experience Please note the detailed job responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above.
