Job Description

Position Overview: The RCMS End-to-End & Quality Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transition of processes and systems within the RCMS (Revenue Cycle Management System). This role involves managing the end-to-end transition process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering collaboration across various departments. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage transition projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including operations, IT, and compliance teams, to gather requirements and address concerns. Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness during the transition. Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with the transition and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for staff to facilitate a smooth transition and ensure all team members are adequately prepared. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the transition process, including project plans, status reports, and post-transition evaluations. Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all transition activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Life sciences or Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on transitions or change management in healthcare or financial services. Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Six Sigma Certification Preferred Qualifications: Experience with RCMS or similar systems. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare revenue management.
