Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a senior leader managing the Enablement & Program Landing team within the Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team at Microsoft. Your primary role will involve assembling and guiding a newly formed, high-impact team across Field and ATU Enablement, Operational Program Landing, and Change Management. You are expected to be a strategic and inspirational leader fostering clarity, cohesion, and empowerment across diverse teams and functions in Asia. Your team's focus will be on scaling across the region while aligning with local market priorities to ensure program scalability and impact across Asia. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with AVPs, OU SE&O, and Field leaders to build alignment around key programs, own end-to-end landing of strategic programs within the Operating Unit (OU), develop and execute a cohesive landing model for Asia, and lead Area change v-teams to scale last-mile execution and drive adoption of transformational initiatives. - Build and lead a newly formed team focused on enablement, operations, and change management, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across geographies and business units, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and development opportunities to maximize impact and growth, and balance local responsiveness with regional scalability. - Partner closely with Core, GTM, and OU teams to curate impactful plays driving revenue and ACR growth in local markets, align on processes and tools to optimize pipeline velocity and closure, and lead cross-solution enablement efforts to enhance field agility and execution excellence. - Monitor scorecard metrics and KPIs, deliver actionable, data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and business planning, and identify white-space opportunities to unlock growth. - Lead strategic sales programs, collaborate with various stakeholders to drive joint planning and execution, and conduct market analysis to validate strategies and inform decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Marketing, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Enablement & Operations Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate degree - People management experience - Cross-regional experience,
