Job Description

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and comprehension skills.
Ability to understand and process medical records and documentation.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic technical knowledge to operate customized software and scanning equipment.
Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors and paramedics.
Proactive and organized, with good record-keeping and reporting skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Patient Data Management

Perform patient onboarding and off-boarding in the EMR system.
Update patient records daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Scan, digitize, and upload patient documents to the EMR.

Data Entry & Documentation

Enter and validate patient information during live consultations.
Convert voice dictations to text and update in EMR after validation.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security protocols.

Reporting & Support

Generate required reports for doctors and management.
Assist healthcare providers with accurate, timely data during consultations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and paramedics to obtain necessary information.

Software Testing & Feedback

Test the custom EMR system for new features or updates.
Provide feedback and suggestions to the development team for improvements.

Experience:

12 years of experience in healthcare data entry, medical transcription, or EMR systems.
