Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Employer Branding Intern. The intern will be responsible for supporting employer branding initiatives, assisting with recruitment marketing strategies, developing content for various communication channels, and collaborating with the recruitment team. Additional tasks include participating in marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to enhance the company's employer brand.

• Skills in Employer Branding and Communication
• Experience in Recruitment Marketing and Marketing
• Proficiency in Recruiting and working with recruitment teams
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
