Employee Engagement & CSR Communications Manager

As an Employee Engagement & Communications Manager in the Corporate Social Responsibility function, your primary role will be to lead and manage employee volunteering initiatives and CSR communications. Your goal is to ensure impactful engagement across stakeholders and alignment with the bank's strategic CSR goals. Your responsibilities will include designing volunteering programs, planning the calendar, mobilizing volunteers, and managing non-profit partners and implementation agencies. You will be in charge of executing and managing volunteering events across different locations, coordinating pre and post-event activities, and collating reports related to the volunteering program. Additionally, you will drive the automation and adoption of volunteering platforms within internal and external stakeholders to meet the bank's volunteering and impact targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory of volunteering merchandise and coordinating logistics as needed. In terms of secondary responsibilities, you will lead the development and execution of the communications strategy, curate content for various communication channels, maintain the MIS of all CSR communication assets, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduation degree in any discipline and a post-graduation degree in any field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in event management, volunteer management, or communications is required.
