Hiring for Plant maintenance

Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited

Plot No. SM- 14-15-16/1,

Job Requirement :

Manage breakdowns, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of formulation equipment.
Handle vial washing, filling, sealing machines, lyophilizers (Lyo), autoclaves, and terminal sterilization units.
Perform preventive, corrective, electrical maintenance.
Conduct routine checks to identify and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with GMP (USFDA), ISO (ISO 9001), and ICH guidelines.
Maintain documentation like DQ, IQ, and OQ for all equipment.
Expertise in breakdown analysis and predictive/preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with teams to optimize production processes.
Experience with sterile injectables and sterile equipment maintenance is a must.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
