The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of machine learning, especially in the area of Generative AI, and apply these skills to real-world challenges in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) validation, testing, and automation. You will be part of a forward-thinking team working on transformative projects that span multiple Lines of Business (LoB), collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, optimise, and integrate generative AI/ML solutions to support EMC design and test automation. Description You ll collaborate with EMC and other cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven workflows for EMC testing and design optimization. This includes building, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models (such as LLMs, VLMs, and diffusion models), integrating them into existing EMC pipelines, and improving productivity through automation.- Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI/ML models to improve EMC validation workflows.- Collaborate across teams to validate and enhance the performance of AI/ML models.- Automate complex EMC test procedures using custom-built ML tools and algorithms.- Maintain, evaluate, and iterate on existing ML pipelines and models.- Generate comprehensive performance analysis and validation reports.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy ML solutions at scale. Bachelor s in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML software development, with a strong focus on Generative AI. Strong programming skills in Python and C++ Solid experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, sklearn, or similar. Experience in machine learning, deep learning or a related field Expertise in model training, fine-tuning, and deployment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with foundation models, LLMs, multimodal models, and large-scale model optimization. Strong and validated experience in ML development and production systems Strong industry background and experience in search and related technologies (LLMs, Machine Learning, NLP, Information Retrieval, Question Answering) Masters with 5+ years of working experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, Data Science or related field Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple project timelines.
