Embroidery Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team in Delhi. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate single head embroidery machines with precision and efficiency
• Load and position fabric correctly on the embroidery machine
• Monitor machine performance during operation and ensure consistent stitch quality
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of embroidery equipment
• Follow quality standards and production targets set by management
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or defects to supervisors
• Thread embroidery machines and change designs as per production requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10th Standard (10th Pass) or equivalent education
• No prior experience required
• Must be willing to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail and focus on quality

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work shift timings if required
• Strong communication skills

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We provide comprehensive paid training covering machine operation, fabric handling, design management, quality control, and safety protocols. Training duration is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on individual learning pace. During training, candidates will receive their full salary as per company policy.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work location: Delhi. The job involves standing for extended periods, working in a manufacturing facility with embroidery machines. Candidates should be comfortable with noise levels typical of industrial environments. Shift timings would be 0900-1800.
