As a Training Manual Developer at Bringle Academy, your primary responsibility will be to develop training manuals for end users and administrators. You will also be in charge of creating online training materials and facilitating training sessions for small to medium-sized groups. Additionally, you will need to assess the effectiveness of training conducted and manage any resistance to change within the organization.
