Embedded Firmware Developer

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in firmware development for embedded systems
• Experience in developing firmware for STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi.
• Experience in developing firmware for RF communication protocols and signal handling
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Embedded C, Bash.
• Proficient in PCB design and layout tools will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers.
• Experience integrating various sensors (temperature, motion, environmental, etc.).
• Knowledge of low-power design techniques for battery-operated IoT devices will be a plus.
• Experience with protocols and connectivity such as BLE, MQTT, I2C, LoRa, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, etc.
• Experience with RTOS-based development will be a plus.
• Familiarity with over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates
• Prior experience in developing commercial embedded or IoT products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and troubleshoot complex embedded systems issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
