Job Description

Embedded Automation Engineer:

Position Description

.

Responsibilities

Developing automation framework or using the current framework to automate Business logic, OS layers, and libraries.
Manual testing of the embedded products.
Integrating automation with CI/CD mechanisms
Reproduction of specific customer scenarios, create issue reports with in-depth analysis to root cause problems.
Generate various reports with the goal of improving product quality.

Competencies

Expertise in Python programming.
Knowledge of black/white box testing in embedded systems environment.
Experience in working with CAN bus, and SoapUI (good to have).
Working experience on different test automation frameworks is a requirement.
Proficient in reproducing customer-reported issues and conducting thorough root cause analysis.
Strong understanding of operating system concepts, with a focus on Linux environments

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent
6+ years of hands-on automation framework development and test development experience
6+ years of total verifiable work experience
