About the Role:

Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

Handle customer/internal queries and transactions effectively via
Email, Chat, and Voice
channels.
Maintain a high level of
service quality
and adherence to operational standards.
Successfully complete the
HR-OPS-Assessment
and ongoing performance metrics.
Operate within a
24*7 rotational shift
schedule, ensuring consistent operational coverage.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:
Must be a
Graduate
in any discipline.
Experience:
Open to both
Freshers
and candidates with
on-paper experience
.
Communication:
Proficiency in English with a minimum of
B2 to C1 level communication skills
(Average to Excellent). Strong verbal and written articulation is required.
Availability:
Willingness to work in a
24*7 rotational environment
with
2 rotational week offs
.

Compensation and Benefits

In-Hand Salary:
26,000 per month.
Cost to Company (CTC):
29,000 per month.
Transport:
Provision of
any one-way transport facility
for commuting.
