Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries, concerns, and feedback via email within defined SLAs.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all communications.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex queries to the appropriate teams.
  • Create, update, and manage customer-facing FAQs, help articles, and product documentation.
  • Develop internal support process documents and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand voice and technical accuracy.
  • Gather feedback from support interactions to identify documentation gaps and improve self-service resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
