Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and review 500+ emails daily, ensuring all messages are processed within established timelines.

Accurately categorize and tag emails based on predefined rules and content relevance.

Identify and escalate any urgent or high-priority emails to the relevant teams.

Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines for email handling.

Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks for reporting and audit purposes.

Suggest improvements to the tagging and categorization processes to enhance efficiency.

Skills:

Excellent English reading and comprehension skills.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with email management tools or CRM software (preferred but not required).
