Job Description

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products or services.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about products, services, and processes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery and to share customer feedback.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in training and provide feedback to help improve customer service processes.

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
