Job Description

Elevate customer engagement and digital excellence as the Email Marketing Web Content Manager . In this role, you ll design data-driven email campaigns, create compelling web content, and optimize our online presence to deliver measurable results. Join us to lead impactful communication strategies that align with our dynamic brand vision. Key Responsibilities: Email Campaign Management: Plan and execute email campaigns with segmented targeting and compelling CTAs to drive engagement and conversion. Design, test and optimize email templates for various audiences. Web Content Creation and Optimization: Create dynamic, engaging, and SEO-friendly website content. Performance Tracking: Use data to refine email performance and content strategies and provide actionable insights. A/B Testing: Experiment with subject lines, designs, and messaging to maximize ROI. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and related regulations. Collaborative Content Creation: Work with design and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand presence and coordinate with stakeholders to plan content calendars and campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in email marketing and web content management. MUST-HAVE: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). MUST-HAVE: Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization MUST-HAVE: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and data analytics platforms. MUST-HAVE: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS for email for customization Experience with email list management and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Experience in the SaaS and/or technology sector is preferred Excellent writing, editing skills and proof-reading skills for digital channels, data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis tools and SEO principles Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
