Email Marketing Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own and execute Direct Marketing efforts - build high-converting creatives for Email & SMS campaigns. - Continuously improve deliverability and domain reputation. Implement best practices to boost sender score and inbox placement. - Develop, test, and execute campaign strategies - optimize subject lines, CTAs, content, and cadence for performance. - Create and maintain reports - track KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and list growth. - Collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness. - Apply inbound marketing principles to nurture leads and improve customer retention. - Stay updated with trends in email marketing, automation, and compliance. - Conduct regular audits to ensure CRM and email list hygiene. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS: - 46 years of hands-on experience, preferably in SaaS or E-commerce environments. - Proven experience in executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (Email/SMS). - Advanced knowledge of Email/SMS platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ClickSend, Elastic Email. - Practical experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Supermetrics, Zapier, GTM. - Comfortable with design basics using Canva or Adobe XD. - Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data into actionable insights. - Solid understanding of Email Marketing Strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel management. - Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) for campaign management and contact lifecycle tracking. - Working knowledge of inbound marketing frameworks and content alignment. - Proficiency in campaign reporting and performance analysis. - Clear, respectful communication skills - written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
