Description
As a skilled IT Administrator specializing in enterprise IT management and email marketing technology support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth performance and compliance of email campaigns at TT Lifesciences. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting marketing teams with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AWS SES, and Zoho Campaigns. - Managing domain authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to enhance email deliverability and compliance. - Assisting in managing subscriber databases, segmentation, and automation workflows across various tools. - Monitoring campaign performance metrics and resolving technical delivery issues. - Collaborating with marketing and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and CRM integration. - Maintaining email-sending infrastructure and coordinating with IT vendors or DNS providers when necessary. In terms of IT administration, your role will involve: - Managing Office 365 / Microsoft 365, user accounts, and security policies. - Handling network management, server support, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Hostinger, or similar). - Ensuring system uptime, data security, and backup management. - Providing technical support to internal teams for software, connectivity, and hardware issues. - Maintaining documentation of IT processes, access controls, and configuration changes. Qualifications required for this role are: - A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in IT administration, with at least 3 years specifically supporting email marketing platforms. - Strong understanding of email protocols, DNS management, and marketing automation tools. - Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure). - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Required certifications include: - Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate - Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Additionally, preferred skills for this role include experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot), knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email templates, familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, and the ability to work cross-functionally on multiple projects.
