Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description: As an Email Marketing Executive at Hirist, you will play a crucial role in executing targeted email campaigns, enhancing deliverability and engagement, and contributing to lead generation efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns. - Write compelling and concise email content tailored to different audience segments. - Segment mailing lists based on user data, behavior, and campaign needs. - Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide performance insights. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs. - Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). - Maintain clean and up-to-date contact databases. - Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams for coordinated campaigns. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in email or digital marketing. - Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar. - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Understanding of email analytics, reporting tools, and deliverability. - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
