Job Overview:

Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute

  email marketing campaigns

  for clients using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
• Write

  engaging copy

  and design visually appealing, responsive email templates.

• Segment audiences

  and personalize campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and preferences.
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on subject lines, content, and send times to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze

  email campaign metrics

  (open rates, CTRs, conversions, bounce rates) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure

  email deliverability and compliance

  with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align email marketing with overall campaign goals.
  
• Develop and manage

  automation workflows

  (welcome series, drip campaigns, re-engagement, etc.).
• Stay updated on

  industry trends

  , emerging tools, and best practices in email marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing (agency experience preferred).
  
• Proficiency with

• Strong understanding of

• Basic knowledge of
