Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to help us connect, engage, and inspire our audience through powerful email campaigns. In this role, you'll craft compelling messages that resonate with US healthcare professionals and clients, driving meaningful engagement and measurable results.

You'll collaborate closely with our team to deliver personalized campaigns that speak to every stage of the customer journey. From concept to execution, you'll be at the heart of our communication strategy optimizing performance, experimenting with automation, and finding new ways to make every message count.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Create and optimize email templates, subject lines, and content to maximize open and click-through rates.
• Segment email lists and personalize campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Recommend tools, strategies, and automation improvements for better campaign efficiency.

Skills & Qualification:

• Any graduate degree.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, suitable for professional and client-facing communication.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, strategies, and trends.
• Analytical skills to track, interpret, and report campaign performance metrics.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
