We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Email Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Job Summary: As an Email Ecommerce Marketing Specialist at Global eBrand, you will manage and optimize our email marketing efforts to drive customer engagement, conversions, and loyalty. This role requires creativity, data analysis skills, and hands-on experience with ecommerce marketing tools. You will develop personalized campaigns, track performance metrics, and utilize customer segmentation to enhance our email marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development and Execution: Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on customer retention, acquisition, and revenue growth. Develop compelling email content and creative strategies to drive engagement and conversion. Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data to segment audiences and personalize email messaging to improve engagement rates. Implement strategies to target different customer segments effectively. Performance Analysis: Track and report key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use analytics tools to continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure email communications comply with industry regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Stay updated with email marketing best practices and trends. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with other marketing initiatives. Work with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience. Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years of email marketing experience, preferably in the ecommerce sector. Skills: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp). Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and automation in marketing. Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento. Preferred Skills: Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
