Email Marketing

As an Email Marketing Specialist in the healthcare domain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate quality leads. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating compelling email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions to maximize open and conversion rates. - Managing and segmenting email lists to ensure personalized and relevant communication. - Tracking, measuring, and reporting campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimizing accordingly. - Maintaining compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and HIPAA guidelines. - Researching and identifying potential healthcare leads and maintaining CRM records. - Making follow-up calls to US-based prospects to qualify and nurture leads. - Collaborating with sales and business development teams to align strategies and achieve lead generation goals. In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing within the healthcare domain. - Strong knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management. - Proven track record of generating and nurturing healthcare leads through email campaigns. - Excellent written communication and content creation skills. - Comfortable working in US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST). - Ability to make professional follow-up calls to US prospects. - Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Additionally, it would be good to have: - Knowledge of marketing automation platforms. - Experience with AI-driven email personalization tools. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements.,
