Job Title: Email Marketing Executive Location: Delhi (On-site) Shift: Night Shift Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month + Incentives Experience: 0–2 years Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required) Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team in Delhi for the night shift . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of email marketing strategies and tools. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer engagement. Create compelling email content and subject lines to increase open and click-through rates. Manage email databases and ensure data hygiene. Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to track ROI and engagement metrics. Work closely with the design and content teams to develop email templates. Ensure emails follow industry best practices and comply with anti-spam regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) is a plus. Willingness to work in night shifts . Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
