Job Description

Strategy & Planning
Collaborate to create email strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage campaign calendar.
Segment audiences for targeted messaging.
Set KPIs like open rate, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
Content & Design
Craft clear, persuasive copy and CTAs.
Design mobile-friendly email templates.
Maintain brand consistency.
Execution & Automation
Use ESP platforms to deploy campaigns.
Run A/B tests to optimize emails.
Set up automated workflows (welcome series, cart reminders, re-engagement).
Keep subscriber lists clean and updated.
Analysis & Optimization
Track deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Report performance with actionable insights.
Continuously improve campaigns based on data.
Compliance & Deliverability
Follow GDPR and CAN-SPAM rules, including consent and opt-outs.
Manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC to ensure inbox delivery and sender reputation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
