Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Support Create and manage targeted mailing campaigns to generate travel package and flight inquiries. Build and maintain a strong database of potential customers. Follow up with leads promptly to convert them into confirmed bookings. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management Manage and grow company presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms . Run paid ad campaigns and promotions to increase visibility and drive leads. Respond to customer queries and engage with audiences on social media. Customer Interaction Handle inquiries via email, calls, and social platforms with a customer-first approach. Provide quick and accurate responses to client travel requirements.
