Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, conversions, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and product updates
Write compelling subject lines and email copy aligned with brand tone
Design and build responsive email templates using drag-and-drop tools or HTML
Segment mailing lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement
Create automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement)
Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions (add on bonus)
Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaign inputs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing
Proficient in tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, etc.
Familiar with email automation, segmentation, and list hygiene
Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Analytical mindset with understanding of performance metrics (CTR, OR, conversions)
