Job Description

Email Marketing Analyst:

Email Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

Track and report on email campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to visualize key metrics.
Support A/B testing initiatives and help interpret results.
Collaborate with campaign managers to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
Monitor email deliverability and flag potential issues.
Help identify opportunities for personalization and automation.
Stay informed on email marketing trends and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Math, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science
or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in
Marketing or Business Analytics
.
Working experience with
SQL, Python or other data querying tools
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g
Tableau, Google Analytics
)
Ability to analyze large datasets to find and present insights to non-analytical audience
Proficiency in Excel - functions, formula, pivots etc
Proficiency with fundamental database structure and queries
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
The role requires maintaining a 3–4 hour daily overlap with the US team, aligned with Pacific Time.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Basic understanding of email KPIs and testing strategies.
Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting.
Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing or CRM systems.
