Job Details: Designation : Email Marketing Specialist Job Location: Gurugram Qualification : Any Graduate and above Experience : 2-7 Years Working days: 5 Days per week Day Shift : 9 hours As Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizations strategic decision-making processes by conducting marketing campaigns and analyzing the target audience. Your responsibilities will include: Responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns to get customer engagement. Managing end-to-end deployment of Email Marketing Campaigns (mass email, broadcast email, or email blast) Proficiency in IP warm-up process. Identify target audience and grow our email list. Crafting email campaigns for target audiences. Creating customized email templates using HTML and CSS to enhance customer engagement. Knowledge of marketing tools and Account onboarding. Proficiency in Flyer making for campaigns. Segmentation of email lists based on specific criteria. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly. Knowledge of delisting and recovery of blacklisted or spam domains. Responsible for making marketing strategy which includes business analysis, competitor analysis, Customer portfolio, and remarketing as per target audience. Responsible for making sales strategies for customer satisfaction and engagement. Key Skills:- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template design. Flyer creation using Canva designs. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in MIS reporting and Pivot tables. Efficient tool management for email campaigns, from account formation to handling the tool. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
