Email Marketer

As a skilled Email Marketer at Wagento, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and increase conversions. Your role will involve designing and implementing compelling campaigns, creating targeted email sequences, segmenting audiences, setting up automation workflows, analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with different teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement email marketing campaigns to generate leads with engaging subject lines, content, and CTAs. - Create targeted email sequences to attract new leads and guide them through the sales funnel. - Segment audiences and personalize email content for improved engagement and conversion rates. - Set up and manage email automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI. - Conduct A/B tests on email elements to identify the most effective lead generation strategies. - Ensure compliance with regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data protection laws. - Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of generating leads. - Proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM systems. - Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content. - Experience in analyzing campaign performance data to drive improvements. - Understanding of lead generation strategies, customer journey mapping, and email marketing best practices. - Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
