Email Designer

Role Overview: As an Email Designer at MicroSourcing, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and building conversion-focused email campaigns. Your role will involve applying strong typography, layout composition, and grid systems to ensure hierarchy and readability. You will create polished design mockups in Figma/Adobe for approval before building and deploying responsive, mobile-optimized campaigns directly in Klaviyo. Collaboration through feedback cycles and taking initiative to improve workflows and brand consistency will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and build on-brand, conversion-focused email campaigns. - Apply strong typography, layout composition, and grid systems for hierarchy and readability. - Create design mockups in Figma/Adobe for approval before deployment. - Build and deploy responsive, mobile-optimized campaigns in Klaviyo. - Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and render correctly across email clients. - Optimize CTA design and placement for maximum engagement and conversions. - Collaborate through multiple feedback cycles internally and with clients. - Take initiative to enhance workflows, campaign performance, and brand consistency. Qualifications Required: - 5-10+ years of professional graphic design experience. - Extensive experience in designing and building in Klaviyo. - Proven brand-side design experience across website, email, and brand content. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of accessibility standards for email. - Expertise in responsive design and mobile optimization. - Solid knowledge of email client limitations and workarounds. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a strong bonus. - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
