Email Deliverability Executive

Role Overview: As an Email Deliverability Executive, you will play a key role in managing and improving the performance of email marketing campaigns. Your expertise in Power MTA, knowledge of CAN-SPAM regulations, and experience in cold email marketing will contribute to achieving high deliverability and engagement rates. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics to maintain a high inbox placement rate. - Assist in configuring and troubleshooting Power MTA for efficient and compliant email delivery. - Support the design and execution of engaging cold email marketing campaigns. - Implement strategies to safeguard sender reputation and prevent blacklisting. - Ensure all email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM and other regulations. - Assist in managing email authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives. - Prepare reports on email performance and engagement metrics for improvement. Skills & Qualifications: - Basic understanding of email deliverability and experience with Power MTA or similar tools. - Familiarity with email protocols, sender reputation, and domain configuration. - Knowledge of CAN-SPAM Act and compliance requirements. - Experience in running cold email campaigns is a plus. - Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in managing high-volume email marketing campaigns. - Basic knowledge of anti-spam best practices. - Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
