Email Chat Support

• Handle inbound and outbound email communication related to loan applications, queries, and follow-ups.
• Process customer requests for personal loans, business loans, or other financial products.
• Verify customer documents such as ID proof, income proof, and bank statements.
• Coordinate with the credit and underwriting team for loan approvals.
• Update and maintain accurate records of loan applications and communications in the system.
• Follow up with customers for pending documentation or repayment reminders.
• Ensure all email responses are professional, accurate, and in line with company policies.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on loan status and customer correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
