ELV Engineer

As an ELV Systems Engineer, your role involves designing, reviewing, and overseeing the implementation of various ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, and BMS interfaces. You will be responsible for ensuring that the system designs align with project specifications, industry standards, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and review ELV systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Access Control, etc. according to project specifications and standards. - Prepare system layouts, schematics, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). - Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities. - Coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams for seamless integration. - Ensure compliance with NFPA, BS, IEC, and local safety codes. - Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain quality and timely execution. - Provide technical support, prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV design and execution. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office; familiarity with ELV software is advantageous. - Knowledge of NFPA, BICSI, SIRA standards. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
